Key Associates:

Jim Kerr is the President of JKA. He is a Manager with an M.S.
in Physics, a law degree and over 30 years of experience. He has extensive experience with CERCLA PRP historical site research, liability determinations, and cost allocation. He has managed numerous projects investigating former site use and characterizing site contamination at CERCLA, FUDS and FUSRAP and munitions
sites nationwide.

Pam Cahaly is a Project Manager with B. S. in Geography and Graduate Studies in Environmental Science. Ms. Cahaly has over 20 years of professional experience managing environmental research projects. These projects involve all aspects of historical site research, from records collection and title research, to in-depth interviews with former site personnel at CERCLA, FUDS and FUSRAP and munitions sites. She is equally experienced in managing and working on all aspects of Litigation Support and Records Management.

Christy Maier is a Senior Consultant with a B.A. in Biology,
a law degree, and over 30 years of experience managing complex environmental research projects.
 These projects involve documenting site contamination history and liability, and developing cost allocation formulas. She has served as Program Manager for Corps of Engineers contracts providing technical support services and environmental site research. She has specialized expertise in CERCLA liability analysis, and has participated in mediation sessions for settlement of remedial cost sharing issues amongst Responsible Parties. 

Joseph A. Bocchino, JD provides Public Meeting Facilitation Services and strategic leadership for business development. He has over thirty years experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers, the last seven as Executive Officer of the New England District. He has earned a reputation for service to nation and community. His experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is that of leading professionals, complex work efforts, projects, programs, and organizations; and, over that time he has developed strengths in relationship building & communication and a working knowledge of federal water policy, environmental law, contract administration and dispute resolution. Mr. Bocchino is a long-standing member of the Society of American Military Engineers, a National Fellow, Boston Post Director and Post Past President, and the New England Regional Representative on the National College Outreach Committee. Joe has received numerous professional awards and citations over his career including the 2004 Tufts University Civil and Environmental Engineering Distinguished Service and Achievement Award and the Army Superior Civilian Service Award in 2005.
